Day 18

Day 18...The morning after "Snowmagedden 2013 (Southern Version)". I drive by this cemetery just about everyday and see this tower. I always mean to stop and see what kind of shots I can get of it. Driving by this day just happened to be as the sun was coming up, the ground was covered by the remnants of snow and ice from the night before, and the temperature was in the 20's. Glad I stopped...enough said!

Day 17...This pretty much summed up most of the week in one shot! Lots and lots of rain made for interesting commutes everyday.

Day 16

Day 16... Had another busy end of the week! I still find time to get some shots in though. On day 16 I decided to play with the strobe as I am trying to get better at working with light created by me. I have a feeling you will see alot of product type shots and portraits this year. On this one I used a homemade softbox made out of a shoebox and paper along with a foamboard reflector. It gave me a pretty good consistent light when shooting this old antique pipe. It goes to show...use your creativity and you can get good results without spending a ton of money.

Day 14...2 Weeks. This appealed to me because it is the middle of January and because of the recent warm unseasonable weather this tree decided it wanted to flower. Mother Earth playing tricks

Day 8...Another busy day and late night at the office. Left me to shooting with the Iphone 4. Work with what's available! A little overtime to make some extra penny's.

Day 7

Day 7...One week. Decided to mess with some macros of the Zen Garden Sage made me for Christmas and had a suprise visitor. She came into the frame as I was looking through the lens from another angle. So I waited and waited until finally she posed for me!

Day 6

Day 6.... Happy 14th brithday to my son Sage! Man they grow up fast!!
